Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Norwest Recruitment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures. This will include conducting regular inspections and site audits to identify hazards and assess risks, coordinating and conducting safety training for employees, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a Cert IV qualification in Work Health and Safety or above, experience in Work Health and Safety or a similar role, strong attention to detail and communication skills, and a warm and friendly personality.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive hourly rate of $70 + Super, with the potential for negotiation based on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with a well-known company based in Ingleburn, prioritizing the safety and wellbeing of the team and involved in projects across multiple sites.
