About this role

CSR is seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at the Bradford Insulation site in Ingleburn. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating a range of fixed and mobile plant to manufacture high-quality insulation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing quality pre-start checklists
  • Operating machines to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production targets
  • Improving and maintaining daily production levels
  • Following work instructions and procedures, specific checklists, and accepted best practices
  • Ensuring the highest quality of standards and production
  • Housekeeping and other duties as required

Requirements:

  • A great work ethic and strong commitment to safe work practices and high regard for safety
  • Experience as an operator in a production line
  • Physical fitness, as there is manual handling involved
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills and computer skills
  • Good mechanical-minded and trouble-shooting ability
  • Ability to interact well with others and join the team
  • A current forklift license with experience – ESSENTIAL
