Graduate Business Program

The Graduate Program offers a comprehensive training and development experience for recent graduates, providing them with the opportunity to build their business skills in customer experience, supply chain, marketing, and sales.


About the Role
  • Build a customer-centric mindset and learn core business systems within the Customer Experience team
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries via multiple channels
  • Process and optimize customer orders
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Engage in project work across sales, customer experience, marketing, procurement, learning & development, and supply chain
  • Collaborate with various teams and mentors to explore interests and gain diverse business exposure

About You
  • A recent undergraduate degree or imminent graduation
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality
  • Current Australian driver's license and own vehicle
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Motivation to work independently
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
