This role plays a pivotal part in bridging strategy and delivery, ensuring our initiatives are clearly defined, well-aligned, and set up to succeed.
- Lead analysis for cross-functional initiatives, identifying business problems and opportunities across people, process, and technology dimensions.
- Document and refine business capabilities, value streams, operating models, and pain points to inform enterprise design and transformation planning.
- Facilitate current state assessments, future state design, and gap analysis across business domains.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies or duplication, and design improved, scalable ways of working.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Typically 7+ years' experience in business analysis roles, including significant involvement in enterprise-wide or cross-functional programs where you've shaped and delivered high-impact outcomes.
- Strong experience in business process design, requirements elicitation, and solution scoping.
- Experience working on complex, integrated solutions involving internal systems, ERP platforms, HRIS, and third-party integrations.
- Comfortable working with APIs, system interactions, and data flows (technical specification experience is a plus).
