Strategic Solutions Architect

As a Lead FileNet Solution Developer, you will be responsible for driving the development of cutting-edge FileNet solutions. With over 10+ years of experience in IBM Records Manager and FileNet as a developer, designer, architect, you will define strategic roadmaps for clients and work on records management, archival, and retrieval projects.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM FileNet P8, Java/J2EE, Spring, Junit, iBatis/Hibernate, and WebSphere. Strong consulting and communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, design, and develop FileNet solutions, especially with IBM Enterprise Records Manager.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver high-visibility projects.
- Participate in design meetings and make design decisions.
- Develop Java/J2EE components to integrate with IBM BAW Case Manager and/or FileNet.
- Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- IBM CMOD, Box, eDiscovery, WebSphere Administration Server, IBM HTTP Server, DB2, Enterprise Java, VSTS, Web Services, Linux, JSP, SOA, REST, SOAP
