Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to deliver exceptional security services and customer care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high standards of security and safety across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Services: Deliver a high standard of security services, including patrols, access control, and monitoring duties.
  • Customer Care: Provide exceptional customer service, responding professionally and calmly to incidents and emergencies.
  • Risk Management: Identify and respond to potential risks and threats.
  • Reporting: Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed logs.
Requirements:
  • A current NSW Security Licence with Crowd Controller endorsement
  • A valid First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A professional attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for safety and customer service
