We are looking for a skilled Laser Engraver Operator to contribute to our high-quality production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate laser engraving machines to personalise trophies, plaques, and awards.
  • Work with direct-to-substrate printing, vinyl cutting, and sublimation equipment to create custom designs.
  • Maintain precision and attention to detail in every product.
  • Effectively prioritise tasks, particularly during peak seasons.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail - precision and accuracy are key.
  • Computer literacy - ability to use software for engraving and printing.
  • Reliable & committed - strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills - clear written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure - capable of handling multiple tasks during peak periods.
  • Team-oriented - works well in a collaborative environment while being self-motivated.
