Job Title: Security Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, client-focused security services in a dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers
  • Risk identification and issue resolution through proactive monitoring and communication
  • Reporting and recording incidents and various activities whilst on shift
  • Responding to medical and security emergencies with professionalism and poise

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A current First Aid and CPR certificate
  • A current Security License and Crowd Control License in the state of employment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong ability to work within a rotating 24/7 roster
  • High personal integrity and grooming standards
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Organised and outcome-oriented, with excellent time management skills
