Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Capability and Solutions Manager to oversee the integrity of systems used to support clinical service delivery across the State. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in system design, data analysis, and performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation of quality assurance mechanisms to ensure system and data integrity
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive improvements to system design and use
  • Monitor performance measurement standards for clinical service delivery
  • Lead the delivery of detailed data analysis projects to support a more detailed understanding of clinical service delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in managing complex service delivery environments
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing service and quality improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated understanding of key issues impacting service operations in IT applications on service delivery
