Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to join our team.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to connect and grow with like-minded professionals who foster a collaborative and progressive environment, allowing you to truly thrive in providing quality early education and care for young children.

This role will be a casual position which means you must be able to work at multiple locations. Below are some of the services we operate:

  • Baldivis East
  • Lakelands
  • Lakelands East (Not open yet, opening soon)
  • Mandurah
  • Secret Harbour

About You
  • You should hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • You have flexible availability and be able to work on different days each week
  • You have thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and ability to plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs
  • You have in-depth experience working in a childcare service
  • You are confident in collaborating with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs and interests
  • You have strong communication and time-management skills
  • You hold a valid Working with Children Check
  • You have a current First Aid Certificate

To be successful in this role you need to have a passion for delivering high-quality early education and care for young children. You also need to be flexible and able to work on different days each week.
