Role: Educational Lead

Employment Type: Permanent. Full/Part time considered


Pay: $68.34 P/h + Super (DOE + Qualification)


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Educators to enhance educational programs for children.
  • Develop the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice with the centre leadership team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current WA Working with Children Check
