Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our Canning Vale team. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional click and collect experience for our customers through warehouse operations and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing click and collect orders
- Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock counts
- Undertaking picking and packing activities to meet customer demands
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Conducting hygiene checks to ensure compliance with procedures
- Undertaking a variety of additional warehouse activities as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
- High level of customer satisfaction and customer service skills
- Ability to safely lift up to 25kg and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting with a focus on inventory management and customer satisfaction
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
