About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Western Australian Warehouse operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating efficient warehouse operations that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement warehouse safety improvement plans to drive continuous improvement of safety standards.
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities to the warehouse leadership group to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop, review, and implement warehouse operating procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage processes that deliver required stock turns and develop strategies to improve stock integrity and capacity management.
  • Collaborate with state managers and retail executives to develop effective transport strategies and manage internal and external expectations.
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of our product range, including product specifications, dimensions, variations, and applications.
