Job Title: Building Assessor/Inspector

Job Description:

Conduct detailed assessments and inspections of residential buildings across Queensland to determine their condition, compliance with regulations, and potential risks. Identify and assess any defects, damage, or safety hazards, and provide recommendations for remediation. Ensure that all buildings are in compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in building assessment, inspection, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and building assessment software.
