Project Coordinator Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of our critical infrastructure project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing project tasks, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Validate subcontractor documentation
  • Liaise with site engineers for artefact accuracy
  • Submit variations and contract notices via client portals
  • Raise/manage CRQs (Change Requests)
  • Support SAP-based material ordering and inventory
  • Prepare completion status reports and daily updates
  • Maintain accurate records for reconciliation and handover
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A background in administration or coordination, or junior engineering experience in the civil telecommunications space
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • The ability to work in high-volume, time-critical environments
