Essential Requirements
  1. Degree in Early Childhood Education
  2. Current Compliance Certificates
  3. Completion of Approved Child Protection Course
  4. Current Approved First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management Certificates
  5. Experience in Past Leadership Roles in Early Childhood Education
  6. Strong Understanding and Working Knowledge of National Quality Standards, Legislation, Early Years Learning Framework, and Contemporary Pedagogies
  7. Open to Learning, Well-Organized, and Clear Communicator with Effective Verbal and Written Skills
