Job Overview
Coliban Water operates 24/7, and our Assets and Operations business unit designs, builds, and operates water assets. We're seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of wastewater treatment and distribution systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement innovative operational techniques to enhance efficiency and adaptability in wastewater treatment processes.
- Maintain and improve Water Reclamation Treatment Plant performance.
- Ensure Coliban Water's Lagoon sites and the RWF are well managed and maintained.
- Ensure maintenance activities are undertaken in a safe, timely, and effective manner.
- Adhere to necessary regulations and ensure compliant operations.
- Proactively identify operational opportunities and challenges.
- Drive initiatives that align with the corporation's strategic goals.
Requirements:
We seek someone with demonstrated experience in manual or technical roles and familiarity with industrial environments. You'll be proficient in operating mechanical and electrical equipment, supported by a sound understanding of how they function.
