We're looking for a motivated and experienced individual to start mid-May, based out of our Clayton depot. As a Road Network Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering routine maintenance, emergency response, and defect rectification works, as well as network refurbishment and upgrade projects under a major long-term contract with the Victorian Government.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years' experience in a road maintenance or civil works environment, including two years' experience carrying out inspections of bridges and other structural assets on state or local road networks.

You'll demonstrate a track record of carrying out inspections with a relentless focus on worker, road user, and community safety, complying with legislative standards, contract specifications, and internal quality processes. A current Victorian driver's license is mandatory. Level 1 Structures Inspector accreditation will be highly regarded.
