**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer the Feedback and Incident Management system, including onboarding, training, and reporting.
- Quality duties as required, such as audits, service reviews, and major projects.
- Manage the Policy Manual, including document creation, review, and maintenance of the electronic register.
- Assist with the administration of Client Health Records requests across the organization.
- Support Accreditation functions, including self-assessments and gathering evidence.
- Administer regular Legal & Regulatory Compliance checks.
- Support the development of the Annual Report and Quality Account.

**Ideally, you will possess**:

- Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in quality auditing, clinical governance, project management, or evaluation.
- Understanding of Accreditation requirements and prior experience in a similar role within Community/Health or Aged Care services.
- Experience in quality auditing or accreditation systems in health or community sectors.
- Demonstrable skills in project management and change management.
- An understanding of clinical governance.
