Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to take on a supportive leadership role at our Centre. The successful candidate will work closely with the Centre Director, helping lead our passionate team and providing high-quality care and education for children and families.

">About the Role
  • Support the Centre Director in managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and fostering a positive environment.
  • Assist with leadership and guidance of educators to deliver engaging programs.
  • Support the Centre Director with administration and operational tasks.
  • Build strong and respectful relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Stepping into the Centre Director role when required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or 2IC role within Early Childhood.
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and support a team.
  • A passion for creating safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments.
