Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team at Forest Hill. As a key member of the practice, you will provide exceptional customer service to patients and support healthcare professionals with administrative duties.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to manage the front desk reception, greet patients, collect and enter patient details into the database, schedule appointments, answer telephone calls and enquiries, and provide administration support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting Patients: Welcome patients to the Centre and provide a warm and friendly first impression.
  • Patient Administration: Collect and enter patient details into the database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Schedule appointments when required, using our electronic scheduling system.
  • Telecommunications: Answer telephone calls and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administration Support: Provide general administration support to healthcare professionals and other team members.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and their families, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
