Strategic Business Improvement Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improvement initiatives across the company.
Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing adaptable business methodologies, capability frameworks, and templates that align with our dynamic and regulated environment.
You will lead, mentor, and support Business Analysts at all levels, ensuring consistent, high-quality business delivery. Additionally, you will promote a culture of compliance by design across teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- 8+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Senior BA, or Lead BA in complex, regulated environments.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills, including coaching BA teams.
- Expertise in BA tools, frameworks, and agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing BA capability frameworks, templates, and processes.
- Ability to foster a culture of agility, innovation, and compliance.
