Project Manager - Masterplanned Communities Job Opportunity

This role is for a seasoned project manager to lead the delivery of unique and challenging civil and infrastructure projects within South East Queensland.

As a key member of our project management team, you will provide specialist project management expertise throughout the project life cycle, ensuring projects are scoped, designed, built, and delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

  • Develop and execute delivery strategies and employ specialist project management tools to deliver multi-staged projects.
  • Drive operational improvement through the sharing of best practice across the business.
  • Proactive communication and accurate reporting on delivery milestones.
  • Facilitate, manage, and drive efficiency through project cost plans in partnership with development managers, authorities, consultants, and contractors.

Achieve project construction milestones across multiple construction fronts in the State's project portfolio. You will also be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring less experienced project team members.

About This Role

For this position, you should have proven experience in civil and infrastructure project management, ideally in client-side, contractor, or consultancy roles in masterplanned communities.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor junior team members are essential for success in this role.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are necessary to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
