About this role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team at a new store opening in Sydney's Inner West. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in establishing and growing the store's presence in the community and achieving sales targets.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist with creating visually appealing displays that showcase our products and services in a compelling way.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Stock Management: Replenish stock on the sales floor and ensure that shelves are always fully stocked.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Contribute to achieving the store's sales targets by driving sales and promoting our products and services.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Creativity and Initiative: A willingness to think creatively and take initiative to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer software and technology.
