We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Finance Systems Specialist.

This role involves implementing and optimizing finance technology solutions, including S/4HANA Finance modules, to drive meaningful improvements within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and SAP systems, with significant exposure to S/4HANA Finance implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the implementation and optimization of S/4HANA Finance modules.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to drive improvements and ensure best practices.
  • Assist in documenting and developing solutions to align with industry standards and organizational needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with significant exposure to SAP systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including participation in implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Activate implementation methodology.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (FI, CO, TR, FM) and FSCM.
  • A working understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, compliance and tax management, finance operations, financial planning and analysis and group reporting.
  • Experience with financial reporting, profitability analysis, and financial planning within the S/4HANA framework is advantageous.
