St Kilda Beach is home to a vibrant and bustling venue, located just 10 meters from the sand.

We pride ourselves on creating good vibes with live music, a relaxed atmosphere and great food and drinks.

Our team has opportunities for growth and development, with five large venues in our group offering scope for advancement.

We are an established family-run organisation that values integrity, support and open communication.

This role offers a rewarding salary negotiable based on the quality of the candidate.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and continuously improve.
  • Coordinate Front of House operations, systems and procedures.
  • Rostering to ensure optimal wage costs.
  • Train and mentor staff to achieve their full potential.
  • Assist with staff recruitment and performance reviews.
  • Liaise with Security, musicians and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant workplace regulations.
  • Contribute to marketing and events within the venue and across the group.
  • Manage stock control and design beverage lists.

Candidates should have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and strive to deliver exceptional service. Ideally they will have experience in high volume venues and possess excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
