The Role

A Compositors position is now available at our studio, working closely with VFX Supervisors and 2D Supervisors to create visual effects shots.

Key responsibilities include compositing elements such as live-action and computer graphic components. The role will also involve participation in client reviews and daily sessions.

We are looking for a skilled Compositor who can perform all aspects of composite FX design, following production methodologies and developing creative problem-solving approaches.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a compositor on high-end live-action feature films
  • Experience using Nuke
  • A knowledge and interest in photography and practical lighting
  • Showreel demonstrating a wide range of high-end work including plate-based compositing, set extensions, FX and CG integration all finished to a high standard
  • A good eye for colour, composition and technical shot finishing, with proven ability to manage complexity across multiple mid-level shots

Nice to Have:

  • Experience as a Roto and Prep Artist
