Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Retail Volunteer Assistant to join our team. As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in supporting our store operations, working alongside a dedicated team of managers, support staff, and fellow volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, providing clear and helpful information as needed.
  • Support the Donor Care Program by receiving donated goods, ensuring proper handling and communication with donors.
  • Process donated goods, assessing their condition and suitability for sale according to production guidelines.
  • Stock and display items on the sales floor, maintaining a neat and organized presentation for customers.
