About Your Role:

As a skilled hospitality professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the bar setting.

Your primary goal is to provide a memorable experience that exceeds our guests' expectations.

To achieve this, you will be required to:

  • Supervise the bar service period to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of beverages
  • Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, and tailored beverages to meet the diverse tastes and preferences of our guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment at all times, ensuring the outlet meets the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
  • Engage with guests throughout their beverage experience, providing personalized attention and building rapport
  • Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer interaction
  • Supervise the bar team in completing general operational tasks, including stock management and maintenance of equipment
  • BUILD AND STRENGTHEN RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND NEW CUSTOMERS TO ENABLE FUTURE BOOKINGS
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to enhance the overall guest experience

About You:

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:

  • A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Working rights in Australia
  • An enthusiastic attitude towards career growth and development
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues
  • A high level of energy and drive, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions
