Lead Our OSHC Team

We are seeking a qualified and passionate educator to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSH) team in Kedron. As the OSH Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our young adventurers.
  • Lead a team of dedicated educators, providing guidance, support, and inspiration to bring out the best in each team member.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging and partnership.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and standards, maintaining a high standard of care and safety.
  • Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Catholic Early EdCare.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Educator with diploma or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or equivalent.
  • Prior leadership experience in OSHC setting.
  • Passion for creating engaging programs.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in OSHC.
  • Current First Aid Certification, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management Training, or willingness to obtain.
