Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Concession Manager who shares our vision for modern Australian style.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for launching our legacy, communicating our message, and creating an elevated customer and team experience within our concession pads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
  • Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration.
  • Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad.
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.

RequirementsEssential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
  • A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets, and shrinkage KPIs.
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
