We are looking for a Concession Supervisor within our Myer Sydney City Womenswear Concession Pad to lead our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture. Deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

The role
  • Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
  • Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
  • Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
  • Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration
The ideal candidate
  • Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff
  • An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously
  • A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
  • A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
