Key Responsibilities- Deliver domestic assistance, including cleaning and meal preparation, to support clients in maintaining their independence.
- Provide intimate personal care and social support to enhance clients' overall well-being.
- Implement health and wellbeing initiatives that promote clients' physical and emotional health.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- A valid Australian driver's licence.
- Ability to provide rights to work in Australia.
- A registered, reliable, and fully insured motor vehicle.
- Confidence in utilising various forms of technology, such as smartphones or tablets.
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or a willingness to obtain one.
- A current National Police Check or a willingness to obtain one.
- Flexibility in terms of availability, including the ability to work within the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday (with some optional weekend shifts).
- A competitive hourly rate of $30.61 plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Eligibility for not-for-profit salary packaging.
- A mobile work environment with a travel allowance of 96 cents per kilometre for driving between services.
- A mobile allowance when utilising your personal device for work-related purposes.
