About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Calvary Care, you will work collaboratively with residents, our dedicated team, and families to ensure a high standard of individualized care for each of our residents.

You will provide clinical leadership, support, and mentoring to our care team, using your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build collaborative relationships.

Facilitating input from residents, their families, our team, and internal and external health professionals, you will enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services, and a quality lifestyle for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and support to the care team
  • Build collaborative relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Facilitate input from residents, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care

What You Bring:

  • Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care
  • Demonstrated experience in assessment and care planning of the older person
  • Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated computer literacy
