We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Service Coordinator. This position will involve working closely with our team to coordinate rostering and support for Home Care Workers.

About You:

  • You should possess excellent customer service and communication skills, be passionate about supporting people in your community, and enjoy working in an environment where changing client needs are a priority.
  • Experience with rostering systems is advantageous but not essential.
