The role:

Junior Lawyer

Advising clients on tax matters, focusing on technical and tactical management of all things tax, including tax administration, complex issues, transfer pricing, and anti-avoidance rules.

You'll assist clients at all stages of the tax disputes lifecycle, including advising on tax law, binding rulings, voluntary disclosures, audit defense, and litigation support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising corporate, private group, and high-net-worth individual clients
  • Researching tax administration and dispute resolution processes
  • Drafting objections, binding ruling requests, and submissions on tax technical matters

Requirements:

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • 1-3 years post-admission experience in legal practice
  • Solid tax technical skills
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships
  • Ability to work with multiple clients and stakeholders on tight deadlines

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in tax advisory and compliance
  • Ability to communicate complex tax concepts simply
