Job Role:

As a crucial member of our finance team, you will be responsible for addressing discrepancies and inconsistencies with key stakeholders.

Investigate, manage and resolve complex billing enquiries. Ensure costs to be charged to airline customers are provided to the Accounts Receivable team bi-weekly.

  • Manage data exceptions from Converga to QAD and JDE
  • Train, mentor and monitor the offshore processing team to ensure that all transactional processing and statement reconciliations are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaise with Procurement and Suppliers to query pricing

Additionally, assist with projects including the implementation of software and provide training and support where needed. Participate in month end close, reconciliation of GRNI accounts, data analysis and cleansing or other assistance as required by the Finance team.
