This is a Business Analyst role that requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering key transformation projects with significant technology components.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering presentations and demonstrations, running workshops, and managing client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identification, analysis, and development of clear requirements to meet business and end-user needs.
  • Planning, development, and presentation of BA deliverables, ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience.
  • From the analysis, identify and address opportunities for improvements in business operations.
  • Presenting concepts in a concise and focused manner, including narrative, process diagrams, and business-focused storyboards.
  • Assisting with the definition, analysis, acquisition, build/configure, test, train, and roll out of solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a government environment.
  • Experience delivering presentations and demonstrations, running workshops, and managing client expectations.
  • Ability to articulate technology in terms that stakeholders can understand.
  • Expertise in industry-standard modelling tools and methods.
  • Experience working in Prince2 environments, delivering IT-enabled solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience of contributing to procurement processes from preparation to contract award.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building, stakeholder management, and vendor engagement skills.

This is a Business Analyst role that requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering key transformation projects with significant technology components.
