Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of OSHC Assistant Coordinator.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be part of a team that provides quality childcare services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the development of quality programs, managing the day-to-day running of the programs, and supporting the Coordinator with staff management.

The ideal candidate will have completed relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching, demonstrated experience in programming and administration, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development of quality programs
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the programs
  • Support the Coordinator with staff management
  • Ensure compliance with policy
  • Undertake administrative requirements
Requirements
  • Completed (or close to completion) of relevant qualifications in Childcare or Teaching
  • Demonstrated experience in programming and administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain
  • Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
