We are looking for a forward-thinking Merchandise Planning Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandise planning and a strong understanding of financial levers. They will be responsible for shaping budgets, re-forecasting plans, and driving performance across sales, profit, and stockturn.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every decision is backed by insight and aligned to our customer-first strategy.

The successful candidate will bring both expertise and curiosity, with a proven track record in merchandise planning, financial management, and tactical experience managing sales, profit, stock, and inventory health.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing range architecture and assortment strategies
  • Driving promotional and clearance financial outcomes
  • Leading clustering and inventory efficiency initiatives
  • Contributing to category-level commercial planning and risk mitigation

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in merchandise planning (retail or similar environment)
  • Financial and budget management skills
  • Tactical experience managing sales, profit, stock, and inventory health
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with merchandise planning systems and analytical tools
