About the Role">

RACV is seeking a Digital Content Manager to join our team in Melbourne CBD. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the website strategy, managing governance and guidelines, design and development, stakeholder communications and content management resources for the RACV website.

As a Digital Content Manager, you will work collaboratively with the broader cross-functional Digital Experience team to develop, lead, influence, implement and manage the RACV website strategy, roadmap, capability, and operation to create value for members, prospects, and the organisation.

You will manage and support a team of Digital Content Producers and Specialists in their daily tasks of conception, production, and execution of digital content-led activity for the RACV website and other related digital platforms to attract, engage and retain the brands' audience.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years' practical experience in digital content production and content strategy.
  • 3+ years previous management experience including building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing complex websites, including the review and implementation of policies, governance documentation and guidelines to enhance processes and outcomes for customers and website users.
