Job Overview

As a Territory Manager – Surgical, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and market share by promoting advanced surgical technologies to key surgeons and clinical staff within your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and healthcare professionals to maximize sales potential.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on customer and competitor activities.
  • Implement market development plans and strategies to drive business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing, or Business-related discipline is essential.
  • Proven sales experience selling into hospitals with a successful track record in medical devices.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian public and private healthcare system and experience working within Operating Theatres.
  • Solid clinical knowledge with the ability to build strong working relationships with key surgeons and other medical staff.
