Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Graduate Software Developer to join our team.

  • As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative trading systems and infrastructure.

You will have the opportunity to work with experienced engineers on complex projects and develop your skills in low-latency trading systems, high-performance code development, technology research, and data analysis.

Our education program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience from day one, including familiarization with our technology environment, business, industry topics, and decision science.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from an Australian or New Zealand University.
  • Strong software development skills in C++, C#, Python, or Java.
  • Solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design patterns.
  • Experience developing performance-sensitive code is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team while working independently.
  • Flexible and driven with a commitment to innovation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
