Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on how to engage effectively with stakeholders, communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, and manage change initiatives that drive lasting results.


The role involves working in a dedicated Perth-based team, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, preparing communication, engagement and organisational change materials, and supporting a pipeline of future opportunities by contributing to the development of client proposals.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Passion for listening to the wants and needs of others to make better overall decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including attention to detail in your writing.
  • Developing experience in communicating complex ideas by translating them into plain English.
  • Intermediate-to-high level of proficiency in MS office tools, an interest in or experience with customer relationship management systems, an interest or experience in social and digital media management and we would love you to have experience in In-design.
  • Initiative and a can-do attitude.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic team that is focussed on delivering the highest quality outcomes for clients.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or experience.
