Culinary Professional - Mediterranean Cuisine Expert

An exciting opportunity exists for a Culinary Professional with a passion for Mediterranean cuisine to assist in preparing dishes for a seasonal menu, offering guests a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:
  • Based at Pier 4, Dawes Point, close to the Harbour Bridge
  • 7 minutes' walk from Barangaroo Metro Station
  • Preparing exceptionally presented dishes, consistent in flavour and appearance according to recipes
  • Supervising and training other kitchen staff
  • Maintaining the highest standards of presentation and quality

Essential Requirements:
  • Experience in fast-paced a la carte service and high-volume event catering is essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for learning new skills in the kitchen
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Valid working rights
