Job Title: Strategic Risk Management Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to collaborate with the Head of Business Management in maintaining and enhancing our Finance business unit's Risk Management Framework.

The primary responsibilities will include executing the Annual Risk and Control Self-Assessment, implementing the Control Assurance Plan, and managing the Incident and Breach Management process on behalf of the Finance business unit.

  • Support the Head of Business Management in the establishment and maintenance of Finance's Risk Management Framework.
  • Deliver timely Risk Management and/or Compliance analysis and advice to enable the business to be commercially successful and fully compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments on the design and operational effectiveness of Finance's key processes and produce timely control assurance reporting.
  • Assist the business in identifying and formulating corrective strategies and implementation plans for key corrective actions and preventative controls.
  • Support the management of monthly Finance Risk Committee meetings including leading discussions and providing insights on risk matters such as Incident root-causes.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team members in identifying potential risks and compliance issues associated with their day-to-day business goals, including assisting with the incident and breach reporting process.
