Main responsibilities include:

  • Identify growth opportunities to increase sales of products, services and capabilities within the Australian market.
  • Owning customer experience and journey from solution proposition through transition to delivery.
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of service offerings and presenting them confidently and intelligently.
  • Developing and implementing new sales initiatives to drive new business.
  • Responding to customer requirements including requests for quotes, proposals and tenders.
  • Resolving escalated customer issues and complaints regarding sales and service.
About the role:

Applicants will have previous cyber security sales experience from Australia ideally the WA region.

  • A minimum of three years of sales experience is required with at least two years in cyber security.
  • Passion for leading cyber security solutions and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • A keen team player who can run engagements end-to-end and work well as part of a collaborative team.
