Job Summary:

We are seeking a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer, you will play a key role in collecting and controlling geotechnical data, developing engineering skills, and receiving mentoring within a leading gold mining company.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will participate in a 2-year program focused on the collection and control of geotechnical data.
  • You will develop skills and understanding of all facets of Geotechnical Engineering.
  • You will gain both practical and office-based experience.
  • You will receive mentoring and guidance from experienced mining professionals.
  • You will engage with various teams to support geotechnical operations.

About You:

We are looking for individuals with:

  • A Tertiary Qualification in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering.
  • Practical experience or vacation work (advantageous).
  • Strong computer literacy skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of operation.
  • A current and valid Manual Driver's Licence.
  • A National Police Clearance valid within the last 12 months.
