Regional Arts Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Regional Arts Development Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our performing arts initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality performing arts experiences in regional communities, working closely with artists, producers, and community presenters to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including logistics, event safety, and budget management.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and implement effective project strategies.
  • Provide support to the Executive Programmer in various aspects of performing arts programming.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in coordinating events, touring productions, and venue operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated commitment to working respectfully with First Nations artists and communities.
  • Sound understanding of the needs of regional communities and the importance of cultural diversity.
