Key Responsibilities

In this innovative position, you will function as a Care Worker while also providing essential support to maintenance personnel during their absences. Your primary focus will be on aged care within our facilities, alongside fulfilling the duties of a Maintenance Officer as required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification. If you are not currently qualified but aspire to be, we are here to assist you in achieving your goals.

Previous experience in aged or community care is preferred, although a genuine interest in starting a career in aged care is also welcomed. You should be adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful, embodying the values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness.
